I specialize in weight training, HIIT, Postpartum health and weight loss.

· Location of Session – I will travel to you but cost may vary depending on distance.

· Length of Session – I offer 30, 60 or 90-minute sessions that recur daily, several times a week, or once weekly. You may get more benefit from frequent training in shorter sessions. Others need longer sessions with more time in between them for recovery, and only you can work out what's best for you with your trainer.

· Number of Sessions – Discounts are available up to 30% when purchasing training sessions in packages of 5, 10, or 20 or scheduling recurring weekly or bi-weekly training.

· Group Fitness vs. Personal Training – A one-on-one personal training session costs more than small group classes or sessions with a couple of friends.

The 3-month membership includes 14-day free trial and is $39.95 each quarter after that. The average per week spent is $3. A 6-month membership is $59 and includes a 30-day money-back guarantee versus the 14-day trial.

It is more cost efficient to sign up with the Challenge pack that includes nutrition assistance, meal replacement shakes and a full year access to all of the workouts and the accountability group. Cost is $140 for the full year.

One on one nutrition assistance includes weekly meal plans made for you.

1-time meal prep class teaching you how to prepare and set yourself up for success. Either Virtually or in person.

A refresher course is offered if needed. 

We can also utilize the amazing supplements that I have access to. Including Shakeology and performance line supplements.
